My diet. The first week.

First off. Let me tell you that I cannot believe I let myself get this big. I have never weighed the amount that I do. Ever. So, week 1 I am hungry. Very hungry. I am used to eating like a man. Well, the size portions that my husband eats anyway. That is no bueno. And for my upcoming birthday. I have given up lots of things, including overeating and fried foods. My favorite. I will post my lbs. lost every Tuesday. But no, I will not be posting weight, I dont even like to look at it on the scale. So, therefore, my goal is to drop 20 lbs. That is right, that is what I have gained since I have been married. 5 lbs. a year. I thought to myself, what if you keep gaining 5 lbs. a year? I dont even want to go there, hence, the diet. Wish me luck with more veggies and more excercising. Wow, am I ever hungry.
