Weekly Goals...

Across the blogosphere, it seems that others are posting their weekly goals, I am guessing that that hundreds of others will know what you are trying to accomplish and you will have to account to them. So, I decided to join and list my goals also. My weekly goals are as follows for the rest of this week.

1. Get up earlier, 6:45 is not working. I need to shoot for 6:15, but I will take 6:30.
2.Add another class of Zumba, it is time to go 3 days a week for an hour. I just love Zumba, I should have done this when I heard about it a couple of years ago. I do not mind working out for an hour with this class, it is so much fun! I cant wait to get the game for my Wii. (I know, I am a nerd.) I can already tell that my clothes are fitting better after 4 weeks, 2X a week. I am sure 3X will help me take off the 20 lbs. even faster.
3. Clean my house (organize) and do at least one load of laundry and put it away, at least 30 min a day. Follow the Martha Stewart, clean house plan.

4. Finally, add one day this week to wog, that would be a walk, jog for 30 min. If I would get up earlier, I could make this happen.
5. Make at least 2 crock pot meals a week for dinner with new recipes.

Homemade "Febreeze" Recipe...it works great!

i made a batch of homemade febreeze tonight. i was skeptical at first when i found this recipe on pinterest. now that i made it tonight i am sold, i will never have to buy febreeze ever again, and my house smells so good! it smells better than the febreeze that you buy at the store, i call this batch my ghetto febreeze. ha! the recipe so easy, 1/8 cup of your favorite fabric softener, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, and hot water. fill up your old bottle of febreeze or spray bottle and shake shake shake. spray away. i used a test spot when i first tried and waited to see if it made any stains, it didnt. this is great, saving 3.80 a bottle. i figure it cost .20 for everything to make this bottle. i jokingly told my friend that i know what everyone is getting in their Christmas stocking, but really they are. *And a side note I would like to give credit to The Frugal Girls Website for this recipe.
